How We Work

Successful automation projects rarely happen by accident.

They happen when both sides have a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved, how decisions are made, and what role each party plays throughout the project.

That is why every project follows a structured process.

Phase 1

Initial Conversation

Every collaboration starts with a conversation.

We learn about your project, answer open questions, and determine together whether we are the right partner for the engagement.

Not every project is a good fit for us. And we believe that this honesty is exactly what creates the foundation for a successful collaboration.

Phase 2

Automation Audit

The Automation Audit is where the actual engagement begins.

We analyze the current situation, develop the solution logic, and create the foundation for a successful implementation.

The result is a concrete implementation plan that belongs to you — regardless of who ultimately executes the project.

Phase 3

Implementation

Automation projects are not built in isolation.

That is why we develop solutions together with our clients.

Decisions are made transparently, open questions are addressed early, and progress is reviewed regularly throughout the project.

Whether the solution is built with n8n, AI-powered workflows, or a broader automation architecture, our goal remains the same:

To create processes that generate measurable business value.

Phase 4

Handover & Stabilization

A solution is only successful when your team can work with it confidently.

That is why documentation, knowledge transfer, and a structured stabilization phase are part of every project.

We create the conditions for your team to operate independently.

Many clients choose to continue working with us long-term anyway — because they prefer to focus on their business while we continue improving the underlying systems.

The First Step

If you have already identified a specific automation opportunity, the automation audit is the right place to start.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The collaboration takes place in four steps: introduction, Automation Audit, implementation, and handover. First, we jointly assess whether AI automation is actually the right path for your desired project outcome. We then plan, validate, and build the solution. Your team receives complete documentation. Afterwards, we jointly decide whether the integration of the solution, as well as testing and adjustment in practice, will also be handled by DACH AI Solutions. In any case, you receive tangible results that can be implemented immediately — whether by us or someone else.

The Automation Audit forms the project foundation and creates clarity about the process, objectives, technical feasibility, and economic benefit. This ensures that open questions and risks are addressed before larger budgets are committed to implementation. Development only begins once a reliable plan is in place.

The duration depends on process complexity, the number of systems involved, and the speed at which decisions can be made. A typical project, including the Automation Audit and implementation, takes approximately 4 weeks. For clearly scoped workflows, implementation can be shorter; for complex system landscapes, it may take longer. Depending on the urgency of your project, express implementation may be available. If this is relevant to you, please raise it during the Automation Audit.

Yes. The solution logic, process documentation, and technical implementation plan developed during the Automation Audit belong to your company. You can carry out the implementation with DACH AI Solutions or another provider.

The solution is developed step by step and regularly aligned with the relevant stakeholders. Open process questions are addressed early, and real data as well as edge cases are taken into account during development. This ensures that the result is not an isolated prototype, but a workflow that functions under actual working conditions.

After implementation, tests, knowledge transfer, and a supported stabilization phase follow. The goal is for your team to be able to use the solution confidently and, if needed, operate it independently. Long-term support is possible, but not a requirement.
